Paper Piecers

Marianne has
“pieced” together a club that will take your fear out of paper
piecing. The club will meet monthly where a small seasonal
project will be finished before you leave the shop Come join
Marianne and conquer those fears. Pattern purchase is
required. Kits will be available for most of the projects.

Come and
join Carol for a fun evening of conversation, demonstrations, and show
and tell. We are using the exclusive Sweet Pickin's program from This
& That pattern company. You will receive patterns,
recipes and newsletters. In addition, we have guest speakers,
munchies and addtional patterns to help us delete our stash.

The 10 Strip Wonder

You need to
see and do this project to believe it. All you need is a
jellyroll or a Bali pop, a pattern and Marianne's guidance and you'll
be able to make 4 different purses from the one collection of
fabric. Add 1/2 yard of fabric for the lining and the handles of
choice and you have one for yourself and three gifts for friends or
family. Marianne will show you different options to make each of
the purses unique. Pattern purchase is required. |

The Strip Tube Ruler

You know how
Carol loves those templates and gadgets. There are so many unique
designs that can be made with this simple technique. The blocks
are all strip pieced and then sewn together in the tube. By
cutting with the strip tube ruler, your block is all pieced and ready
to go. There are so many different layouts. We are only
limited by our imaginations. You can choose whichever book
or pattern you like. The process is very similar for all
designs. Book or pattern purchase is required. |
